Patient Access

 

Helping you manage your healthcare

 

Patient Access is a service provided by TPP that helps you access your doctor’s surgery online. There are a variety of features and your doctor can choose which ones to offer.

  • Checking, booking and cancelling appointments
  • Checking your medication and ordering repeat medication
  • Updating your contact information, especially mobile phone and email address
  • Access to medical records

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CURRENTLY ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE - IF YOU BOOK ON LINE THROUGH SYSTMONE ONLINE THERE IS A MESSAGE EXPLAINING THAT ALTHOUGH YOU HAVE BOOKED A TIME SLOT THE GP COULD RING AT ANYTIME THAT MORNING OR AFTERNOON.

 

******NHS APP******* - HOWEVER IF YOU BOOK THROUGH THE NHS APP YOU DO NOT GET THIS MESSAGE BUT THE SAME APPLIES - YOU WILL BE CALLED AT ANY TIME DURING THE MORNING SESSION OR AFTERNOON SESSION.

To use the Patient Access service you need to register for an account before you can log in - please speak to Reception who will be happy to register you and provide you with your logon and password.


NHS APP - you can also download this app and register for access through this - quick and easy to do.
