Thank you – from the partners at North Harbour Medical Group

As we officially close our doors on 31 March 2023, we’d like to thank everyone for their support over the last 50 years at North Harbour Medical Group.

Closing a GP practice is not something anyone wanted to do and having to make that decision at the end of 2022 was a difficult position to be in, but it was a decision we had to make. We’d like to thank everyone for their support in closing North Harbour, which we know has been a worrying and challenging time for everyone involved.

We are particularly grateful to our patients who have continued to show kindness and appreciation to all of our staff, our primary care colleagues who have accepted North Harbour patients onto their lists and the work they have undertaken to recruit additional staff and resource to support the transfer, and the NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board who have worked closely with us throughout to manage the closure and ensure everyone has remained informed about the changes.

It is a sad time for all of us as we say goodbye to colleagues and patients, but we know our patients will continue to receive the highest quality of care and we are exceptionally grateful to everyone for their support throughout this process.

We will officially close the GP practice on 31 March 2023. Thank you.
