Additional letters for patients in Paulsgrove

Posted on:

If you live in Paulsgrove, you may have received an additional letter this week with a full list of practices that your address is within the practice boundary of. The letter will be dated 30 January 2023.

This is because the first letter sent to these residents did not include all the options that were available to those patients. This was an administrative error and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

What to do if you’ve received a follow up letter

If you can, please contact us by email on [email protected]. This will allow us to keep the phone lines free for patients who do not have access to the internet.

What we need to know:

  • Full name
  • Postcode
  • NHS number
  • Preferred practice – choice 1
  • Preferred practice – choice 2

If you don’t have access to the internet, you can call us on 023 9289 9500 (Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm).

Please note that we are experiencing a high number of phone calls and apologise for the wait time you may experience.

The deadline for contacting us is 11.59pm on Wednesday 8 February.

Next steps

In February, we will write to you again with details of your new GP practice and the date you will be transferred across. We aim to have completed all patient moves by April.

If you have any questions, visit our frequently asked questions page.

If your question isn’t answered on here, or you don’t have access to the website, please email [email protected] or call 023 9289 9500 (Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm).

Please note, the contact details above are for NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board and should not be used to book appointments or seek medical advice. Please contact the practice for this.
