North Harbour Medical Group is unable to offer you a certification of Covid Vaccination,
a vaccination passport or letter to prove you have been vaccinated against Covid -19
These proof of vaccination documents have not yet been developed and as such cannot be provided by your GP
As soon as we have further information we will share it with you

eConsult is not available over the weekend or from 6.30pm till 8.00am the following working day. If you require medical assistance that cant wait until the Practice is open at 8am Monday-Friday – please call 111, and if URGENT please call 999.
